# Apple hat alle 4 Majorlabels an Bord für iCloud

Am kommenden Montag, den 6.6., wird Apple auf seiner WWDC2011-Konferenz seinen neuen Service iCloud vorstellen. Viele vermuten ein ähnliches Angebot wie [Amazons Cloud Player](http://neumusik.com/2011-03-cloud-drive-und-cloud-player-amazon-startet-eigenen-onlinemusikspeicher/) oder [Google Music](http://neumusik.com/2011-05-erste-inkarnation-von-google-music-enttauscht/).

Im Gegensatz [zu Amazon](http://neumusik.com/2011-03-amazon-cloud-drive-ist-wie-eine-externe-festplatte-labels-nicht-begeistert/) [und Google](http://neumusik.com/2011-05-google-music-ohne-lizenzen-labels-forderten-unvernunftige-und-untragbare-bedingungen/) hat Apple allerdings erfolgreich die [Majorlabels](http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/entertainmentnewsbuzz/2011/06/major-labels-music-publishers-apple-icloud.html) zu Lizenzen überreden können. Ebenso die [Musikverlage](http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/entertainmentnewsbuzz/2011/06/major-labels-music-publishers-apple-icloud.html):

iCloud wird wahrscheinlich [25 US-Dollar pro Jahr](http://arstechnica.com/apple/news/2011/06/icloud-rumored-to-cost-25-per-year-all-four-major-labels-signed.ars) kosten. Apple selbst hat wohl für die Lizenzen zwischen 100 und 150 Millionen US-Dollar als Vorauszahlungen geleistet, [wie Quellen der New York Post berichteten](http://www.nypost.com/p/news/business/apple%5Fpays%5Fmusic%5Fbigs%5FOcxlGqT1E0P5P9vzosxtyK).

Es ist unwahrscheinlich, dass Apple globale Lizenzen erworben hat. Der Teil des Angebots von iCloud, der Lizenzen benötigt, oder gar das gesamte Angebot, werden anfangs wohl nur in den USA verfügbar sein.
