# Google wirft Grooveshark aus dem Android Market

Google hat die App des Streaming-Dienstes [Grooveshark](http://listen.grooveshark.com/#/) aus dem Android Market [entfernt](http://news.cnet.com/8301-31001%5F3-20051156-261.html):

> "We remove apps from Android Market that violate our terms of service," a Google spokesman said in response to questions from CNET. He did not specify what violations Grooveshark may have committed or whether Google had been pressured by the music industry to remove the app.

Google steht [kurz davor](http://neumusik.com/2011-03-google-hat-angefangen-google-music-intern-zu-testen/), einen Onlinemusikspeicherdienst [ähnlich Amazons Cloud Player](http://neumusik.com/2011-03-cloud-drive-und-cloud-player-amazon-startet-eigenen-onlinemusikspeicher/) zu veröffentlichen. Eventuell ist eine Reinigung des Android Markets eine der Bedingungen der Labels, bevor sie ihr OK für Angebot geben, für das Google Lizenzen benötigt.

Aus Apples App Store wurde Grooveshark nach Beschwerden von Labels [bereits letztes Jahr im August](http://news.cnet.com/8301-13526%5F3-20013850-27.html) entfernt.
