# Nach Taylor Swifts öffentlicher Beschwerde: Rechteinhaber werden künftig für Streams in 3 Probemonaten bei Apple Music bezahlt

[Nach dem VUT](http://neumusik.com/2015-06-vut-3-probemonate-bei-apple-music-ohne-lizenzzahlungen-gefaehrdet-existenz-von-musikern/) und anderen Indie-Labels und Verbänden hat sich nun mit Taylor Swift auch eine Mainstream-Künstlerin über die drei Probemonate bei Apple Music beschwert, in der Apple kein Geld an Labels (und damit Musiker) ausschütten wird. Sie kündigte an, ihre jüngstes Album zurückzuhalten. (Die drei royaltyfreien Probemonate sind etwas, das Apple im Vorfeld mit dem Kartell der Majorlabels ausgehandelt hat. Man darf vermuten, dass die Majorlabels mit festen Vorauszahlungen oder Vergleichbarem kompensiert werden.)

Taylor Swifts offener Brief / Blogpost hat scheinbar Apples Position diesbezüglich geändert.

> Cue says Apple will pay rights holders for the entire three months of the trial period. It can’t be at the same rate that Apple is paying them after free users become subscribers, since Apple is paying out a percentage of revenues once subscribers start paying. Instead, he says, Apple will pay rights holders on a per-stream basis, which he won’t disclose.

Details sind noch unklar.

Es bleibt erstaunlich, dass das alles acht(!) Tage vor dem Launch von Apple Music stattfindet.
