# "Prime eBooks”: Wäre ein E-Book-Verleih von Amazon mit der Buchpreisbindung vereinbar?

Das bereits [länger](http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/Amazon-soll-E-Book-Verleih-planen-1340966.html) kursierende Gerücht, Amazon plane ein Verleih-Modell für E-Books, [verhärtet sich](http://blog.the-ebook-reader.com/2011/09/24/source-code-at-amazon-reveals-prime-ebooks/):

Unabhängig davon, ob Amazon einen 'Ebook-Verleih' in Bälde einführt oder nicht: On-Demand-Zugriff auf eine reichhaltige E-Book-Bibliothek, die mit einem festen Monatspreis analog zu Spotify/Simfy für Musik oder Netflix für Filme und Serien arbeitet, erscheint mir unvermeidbar.

Irgendwann wird irgendein Unternehmen so etwas anbieten. Amazon ist dafür mit seinem erfolgreichen Kindle-System natürlich prädestiniert. Einzig die Buchverlage sind wahrscheinlich meist noch nicht so weit.

Da in Deutschland der Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels die Buchpreisbindung auch auf E-Books [anwendet](http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buchpreisbindung#E-Books), stelt sich mir dabei allerdings folgende Frage:

Wäre ein On-Demand-'Verleih'-Dienst, eine Art Netflix für E-Books, mit der Buchpreisbindung vereinbar?
