# TechHub und 500 Startups kommen nach Berlin

Im Rahmen der "TechCrunch Disrupt Europe"-Konferenz werden einige für Berlin sehr spannende Dinge verkündet. [So kommt etwa TechHub nach Berlin](http://www.techhub.com/blog/techhub-expands-to-berlin/):

> Founded three years ago by serial entrepreneur, Elizabeth Varley and TechCrunch’s European Editor, Mike Butcher, TechHub supports thousands of startups. In Berlin, it will open a new kind of space for members to take advantage of connections with entrepreneurs, investors, corporates and media in London and other tech-focused cities around the world. \[..\] TechHub members have to-date raised over $100m in funding and have enjoyed marketing opportunities and press coverage in the UK and beyond, including in the Guardian, BBC and TechCrunch. TechHub wants to open these opportunities to Berlin startups targeting the UK market.

Auch das auf Seedrunden fokussierte VC-Unternehmen [500 Startups](http://500.co/) [will](https://twitter.com/Siliconkarne/status/395210486939013120?screen%5Fname=Siliconkarne) nächstes Jahr ein Büro in Berlin öffnen - und ist damit ein weiterer Investor von vielen, der in der Stadt Fuß fassen will.
