Simple Technik, sinnvoll umgesetzt: [Queuewatch](http://he.ecitizen.gov.sg/hecorp/qwatch.aspx?id=646) in Singapore zeigt via Webcams, wie voll im Moment die Wartezimmer in den Kliniken sind. Zusätzlich werden Hauptbelastungszeiten und Zeiten errechnet, in denen wenige Patienten auf Behandlung warten.
